Paper Accepted for WCNC 2025 Workshop - Milan, Italy
Exciting News: Paper Accepted for WCNC 2025 Workshop!
I’m thrilled to announce that my paper, “Noise-Robust Radio Frequency Fingerprint Identification Using Denoise Diffusion Model” (#1571100615), has been accepted for presentation at the WS06. IEEE WCNC Workshop on Physical Layer Security for Wireless Communications. This workshop will be held on March 24, 2025, in the vibrant city of Milan, Italy.
About the Paper
As IoT devices continue to proliferate, ensuring their security has never been more critical. In our work, we address the challenge of authenticating wireless devices, particularly under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) conditions where traditional methods struggle. Our approach leverages a diffusion model to restore radio frequency fingerprints that are often lost in the noise. Highlights of our study include:
- Innovative Use of Diffusion Models: We trained a powerful noise predictor and designed a tailored noise removal algorithm that effectively reduces the noise in received signals.
- Real-World Evaluation: Utilizing Wi-Fi as a case study, our experiments were conducted on a testbed consisting of 6 commercial off-the-shelf Wi-Fi dongles and a USRP N210 software-defined radio (SDR) platform.
- Significant Performance Improvement: Our experimental results demonstrate an improvement in classification accuracy by up to 34.9% under challenging low SNR scenarios.
What’s Next
I’m looking forward to presenting these findings at the workshop and engaging with fellow researchers and industry experts on the forefront of physical layer security for wireless communications. Stay tuned for more updates and insights from Milan as I prepare for the event!
Thank you for your continued support and interest in my work.
